Every client is an individual, and it is not possible to determine in advance how your system will react to the supplements you need. It is sometimes necessary to adjust your program as we proceed until your body can begin to properly accept products geared to correct the imbalance. A Nutritional Therapist is not licensed or certified by any state. However, a Nutritional Therapy PractitionerTM is trained by the Nutritional Therapy Association, Inc.® which provides a certificate of completion to students who have successfully met all course requirements, including a written and practical exam. A license to practice Nutritional Therapy is not required in some states. Laws and regulations regarding certification and licensure requirements differ from state to state.

Many people now use email as a primary way to communicate with others. We appreciate that email can be a great way to ask a quick question or clarify something from your last visit, or share with us how you are doing.
We have found through experience, however, that email is often not the best way to deal with more treatment-oriented questions and decisions such as questions regarding your medical issues, changes in your symptoms, or complex requests. Instead, in these cases please schedule an appointment so we will have time set aside to directly hear and address your concerns.

CANCELLATION POLICY OR NO-CALL NO-SHOWS
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please notify our office a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled time or you will be charged for that appointment. New Client Consultations will be charged in full if the client is not able to be reached with the provided phone number or skype username at the time of the appointment. Evan has Clients waiting a month to be seen, and a missed appointment takes time away from someone else. YES, EVEN FREE CONSULTATIONS WILL BE CHARGED $50 IF YOU DO NOT ANSWER.
Return and Refund Policy

•Refrigerated items cannot be returned.
•15% restock fee of purchase price less shipping and handling may be refunded on unopened and refrigerated items
•No supplement returns will be accepted after 30 days on all regularly stocked items
•Special and/or international orders cannot be returned.
•Any authorized return will be issued as a credit only. No refunds are available.
•Prepaid tests be returned for credit with 90 days of purchase.
•If shipping issues occur, we are not responsible for replacing your product or lab test and no refunds will be issued.
Products Purchased From Resellers
If you purchased a product from any resellers, then you must handle the return directly through them.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Personal or company checks may also be sent. All payments must be made in U.S. funds. All orders must be pre-paid. Prices subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of consultation. A late fee of $5 per day will be applied to bills unpaid after 24 hours. All consultations are timed from the time the appointment begins; you will only be billed for the actual time block used. This also includes new patent consultations.
