This is the official Not Just Paleo smoothie — low in sugar with a strong dose of healthy fat and moderate protein. It’s delicious and will keep you satisfied for hours. Make sure you use grass-fed whey and all-organic ingredients are preferred.
- 6-8 oz of Organic Hemp Milk, Almond Milk or Coconut Milk
- 1 handful of Organic Blueberries
- 1 Scoop of Whey Protein Powder (recommendations below)
- 1 tbsp Almond Butter (Raw and Organic is best, but it’s pricey)
- Organic cinnamon powder as desired
- 1 tbsp Organic Coconut oil
- Optional: Handful of organic leafy greens such as kale or spinach
- Add milk to blender
- Add protein to blender
- Add everything else to blender
- Blend and enjoy.
